1982 Boys Basketball Team Induction Ceremony: March 16, 2024

The induction ceremony for the Vallejo Sports Hall of Fame Class of 2024 was held at Dan Foley Cultural Center this evening. In attendance from the basketball team were class of 1982 members: Erik Johnson, Phil Johnson, Dale Hurd, Roni Garabato and Milton French (hey guys, let me know if anyone who was there was left out).

1982 Boys Basketball M.E.L. Championship Team Inducted into the Vallejo Sports Hall of Fame

The 1982 Boys Basketball M.E.L. Championship team was inducted into the Vallejo Sports Hall of Fame yesterday! Team members were notified yesterday and today. 

The induction ceremony will be held on
Sat, March 16, 2024 @ Dan Foley Cultural Center. Tickets will be $70, menu choices will be prime rib and chicken.

I'll be informed when tickets go on sale and I'll post the info here as well as on the class Facebook group.

Congrats to the team!!🏀🏆

45 Year Reunion, Say what???

There's been quite a lot of interest in holding a 45 year reunion since we are all getting up there in years. I've reached out to Hogan and St Patrick/St Vincent asking if they would be interested in holding a joint 45 year reunion in 2027. Hogan has expressed an interest and I am awaiting a response from SP/SV. Once we know what's going to happen I expect planning to start in 2024 or 2025. Keep you eyes on this page or the class Facebook Group to stay up to date on this event.
